An exciting opportunity has risen for an enthusiastic, highly motivated professional to join a large Academy in Darwen, BB3. The department is looking for a teacher on a full-time basis from 17th April 2023 until July 2023, on a temporary basis up until the permanent position opens in September 2023.
The successful candidate will be someone with a passion for Mathematics, who will inspire and engage the students, and who will actively assist in the further development of the subject within the school. Your ability to use ICT in the teaching of Mathematics is essential. You will join a committed, hardworking, and friendly department who work closely together to achieve the highest results and full potential of the students. You must have strong behaviour management, and have a strong presence in the classroom.
The mathematics department at this Secondary School has grown continually in strength, therefore it is essential the successful candidate is willing to work hard to contribute to the current teaching and learning strategies and develop their own teaching practice with the school’s support.
