The ideal Secondary Teacher will:

• Deliver engaging cover or subject lessons across KS3–KS4
• Manage behaviour calmly and confidently
• Adapt quickly to different school environments
• Build strong working relationships with staff and students
• Bring a positive, proactive approach to learning

Secondary Teacher requirements:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexibility to support daily on-call bookings
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
