⭐About the Role
One of our partnered, welcoming secondary schools in Powys is seeking a passionate Mathematics Teacher to join their team ready for the rest of the academic year. This mixed 11–18 comprehensive school, with around 830 learners, is known for its inclusive ethos, strong pastoral support, and high expectations for behaviour and progress.
You will teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential Key Stage 5 teaching if desired. You’ll be delivering engaging, thought-provoking lessons that build mathematical fluency, critical thinking, and confidence in applying maths to real-world scenarios.
The school fosters a caring, respectful community and offers excellent support for pupils with additional learning needs, strong systems for monitoring progress, behaviour, and attendance to help ensure learners receive the support they need. The school provides a collaborative environment, effective leadership, and access to ongoing professional development.
