We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and inspirational Teacher of Mathematics to join a successful and supportive secondary school from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious practitioner to become part of a forward-thinking department dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and challenging mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)
  • Inspire students to develop confidence, resilience, and a genuine appreciation for mathematics
  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental improvement strategies
  • Monitor and support student progress, ensuring all learners achieve their full potential
  • Participate fully in the wider life of the school, including pastoral responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
  • A strong subject knowledge in mathematics
  • A commitment to high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour
  • The ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
