Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a Maths Teacher for a Secondary School in Clitheroe, Lancashire who believes in the potential of every child and can inspire them to perform to the best of their availability. The successful candidate will provide outstanding teaching and ensure exceptional progress of the students.

Vacancy details:

Start date: April 2024.

Contract length: full-time, initially until July 2024.

Candidate status: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status.

Experience: Experienced practitioners and ECT’s welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, deliver, and assess learning to a high standard, ensuring great outcomes.
  • Provide a nurturing classroom and school environment that helps students to develop as learners.
  • Helping to maintain/establish discipline across the whole school.
  • Contribute to the effective working of the whole school.

The successful candidate must have experience of raising attainment in a classroom environment and must be able to work effectively as part of a team. They must be able to create a safe, happy and successful environment for everyone in the school community.
