A ‘GOOD’ secondary school in Preston (PR3) are looking to appoint a committed, energetic and knowledgeable Teacher of Mathematics to join their heavily over-subscribed, vibrant and high-achieving school.
The successful Teacher will share the schools warm and inclusive ethos, and will join an ambitious culture created by the senior leadership team. You will support pupils, and support them in becoming the best they can be both academically and socially.
As a Teacher of Maths at this school you will
- Have previous KS3 and KS4 experience teaching Maths
- Have a previous track record of pupil attainment and excellent class results
- Have a strong classroom presence, and confident behaviour management
- Have the ability to work independently, and to also work as part of a school team
- Have previous experience supporting pupils with additional needs, and pupils with challenging behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
