Mathematics Teacher- September start
Smile Education are currently working in partnership with a successful, Birmingham Sixth Form College (B12 9QH) to assist them in their current recruitment needs. We are currently searching for an enthusatic GCSE and/or A-Level Maths Teacher for permanent post for September 2023. The College is Birmingham based in a state-of-the-art building with superbly equipped classrooms and outstanding facilities. The majority of the provision at this Sixth Form is Level 3; A-levels and the BTEC Extended Diploma. They also offer a number of Level 2 qualifications delivered to post-16 students and their small amount of Level 1 provision is delivered by specialist teachers, as is their Adult Learning provision. The senior leaders and staff at this college promote high levels of respect and as such do not have the same restrictions as schools. Students are free to leave the grounds on free periods and Ofsted have commented that behaviour of the students is exemplary.

 
This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis to start from September 2023. To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following: 

  • A relevant UK teaching qualification
  • Knowledge of teaching GCSE and/or A-Level Mathematics
  • Able and willing to travel to the Birmingham area
  • Exceptionally dedicated to supporting pupils with their future careers
 

Salary: Dependant on experience MPS/UPS
