What You'll Do:

  • Lead the English department with vision, enthusiasm, and dedication to excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Teach across the age and attainment range at both Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering engaging and inspiring English lessons.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
