  • Plan and deliver engaging English and Maths lessons to students
  • Assess students' learning needs and develop tailored teaching plans
  • Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to students and parents/guardians
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to student learning
  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Demonstrable experience in teaching English and Maths to students of varying abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire students

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Minimum of 1 years of UK experience as an English and Maths tutor

  • Strong understanding of the English and Maths curriculum
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans
  • Experience with assessment and feedback techniques
  • Proficiency in using educational technology
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
